Nishati Inc., a newly organized Colorado corporation, announced today that Colonel (retired) Bob Charette, first Director of the Marine Corps Expeditionary Energy Office (E2O), will serve as the Chief Executive Officer for Nishati. Nishati also announced that it has negotiated an exclusive worldwide license with Composite Technology Development, Inc.
